Lifetime Color Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our finishes. Our 18K PVD-coated stainless steel jewelry is designed for long-lasting wear, and we offer a Lifetime Color Warranty under normal use.

What’s covered

This warranty covers unusual fading, discoloration, or loss of the finish that occurs under normal wear.

If your piece experiences abnormal color change, we will offer, at our discretion:

- a replacement of the same item (if available), or

- a store credit, or

- an alternative item of equal value.

What’s not covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage from chemicals (perfume applied directly on jewelry, lotions, hair products, cleaning products, alcohol-based sanitizers)

- Chlorine (pool/hot tub), strong detergents, or bleach

- Scratches, dents, drops, or impact damage

- Normal wear and tear over time (micro-scratches, minor changes in shine)

- Improper storage (humidity, leaving jewelry wet, storage with abrasive metals)

- Lost or stolen items

How to make a claim

Email us at contact@bellamiajewelry.com with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue

3. A brief description of how the piece has been worn and cared for

We’ll respond within 2–5 business days.

Sensitive skin note

Our jewelry is designed to be comfortable for most people, including many with sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have known metal allergies or highly reactive skin, please review product details and reach out before purchasing.

Care tips

- Apply perfume/lotions before putting on jewelry

- Avoid pools, hot tubs, and harsh cleaners

- Rinse with fresh water after beach/sweat, then dry thoroughly

- Store pieces dry, ideally in a pouch or separate compartment
