When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Will I pay duties & taxes for international orders?

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do returns & exchanges work?

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Final Sale items are not eligible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what do I do?

Please check with household members/neighbors and look around your delivery area. If it’s still missing after 24–48 hours, email us at contact@bellamiajewelry.com and we’ll help you.

Is your jewelry water-resistant?

Yes—our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals (perfume directly on jewelry, chlorine, cleaning products) and store it dry when not worn.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, avoid contact with strong chemicals, and store pieces separately to prevent scratches.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are designed for comfortable everyday wear. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes/lotions on the area and reaching out to us if you have questions.
