Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping: 5.95 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping on orders of 85 USD or more.
Express shipping: 9.95 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available.

International shipping

Standard international shipping: 9.99 USD.
Free standard international shipping on orders of 120 USD or more.
We ship to the international destinations available at checkout. Delivery estimates vary by destination; check the available options at checkout.

Currencies and free shipping

Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are based on USD. If you shop in another currency, Shopify converts the applicable amounts. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. The same rules apply in every language and depend on the delivery destination.

Tracking and delivery estimates

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays or busy periods.

Customs duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect address or delivery problem

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply. If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help.
