When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

How long does delivery take?

US standard shipping costs 5.95 USD and is free on orders of 85 USD or more. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping costs 9.95 USD, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available. Processing time is separate; delivery times are estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to the international destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping costs 9.99 USD and is free on orders of 120 USD or more. Delivery times vary by destination. Amounts are based on USD and converted if you shop in another currency. The final shipping charge and available options are shown at checkout. These rules are the same in every language.

Will I pay duties & taxes for international orders?

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@bellamiajewelry.com.

How do returns & exchanges work?

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Final Sale items are not eligible.

For a change of mind, customers pay the return shipping costs. Please email contact@bellamiajewelry.com before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what do I do?

Please check with household members/neighbors and look around your delivery area. If it’s still missing after 24–48 hours, email us at contact@bellamiajewelry.com and we’ll help you.

Is your jewelry water-resistant?

Yes—our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals (perfume directly on jewelry, chlorine, cleaning products) and store it dry when not worn.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, avoid contact with strong chemicals, and store pieces separately to prevent scratches.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are designed for comfortable everyday wear. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes/lotions on the area and reaching out to us if you have questions.
